If your order is being sent to an address in the United Kingdom
Standard Delivery
We endeavour to despatch all 'standard orders' within 3 working days of receipt. All our standard orders are sent out second class and we ask that you allow 7 working days for delivery once your product has been despatched.
Signed for Delivery
If you have chosen 'signed for' delivery we will endeavour to despatch within 3 working days.
Some customers prefer to order a signed for service so that they can track their order. Once despatched (within three working days of your order being placed) signed for packages are put on first class delivery service. You’ll need to be at your delivery address to receive your package and sign for it. If you are out then the package may be sent back to the post office or delivery depot depending on the carrier used.
If your order is being sent to an address outside of the United Kingdom
Orders are sent via a ‘tracked’ for service. Delivery may take up to 20 working days after we despatch your order. Depending on your country's postal service you may also be required to sign for your parcel. You’ll need to be at your delivery address to receive your package and sign for it. If you are out then the package may be sent back to the post office or delivery depot depending on the carrier used.

To keep things simple we have 3 zones for carriage. Please see below for further details.
Zone 1: United Kingdom
- Standard order service – orders will be despatched within 3 working days of receipt and delivery may be up to 7 working days after despatch of your order
- Signed for service
- Orders placed before 11am (GMT) will be despatched the same day for delivery the next working day.
- Orders placed after 11am (GMT) will be despatched the next working day for delivery the following working day.
Zone 2: Europe - To ensure that product reaches our customers overseas we now only send product via a signed for service. Delivery may take up to 20 working days after despatch of your order.
Zone 3: Rest of World – To ensure that product reaches our customers overseas we now only send product via a signed for service. Delivery may take up to 20 working days after despatch of your order.
