Some comments from Dr Tolonen on the benefits of E-EPA

E-EPA is biologically superior to the traditional fish oils and normal Omega-3 products. E-EPA is manufactured from fish oil using a sophisticated process called vacuum distillation in which one fatty acid (e.g. EPA) can be highly concentrated while other less important and harmful fatty acids can be removed from the oil.

The raw material for the E-EPA is totally natural, extracted from pure sardines from the Pacific Ocean. E-EPA is free from cholesterol, triglycerides, trans fatty acids and environmental pollutants, such as mercury, lead, PCB and dioxin.

Dr Tolonen's E-EPA differs from the traditional omega 3's in that it is manufactured by both molecular distillation and high pressure vacuum distillation.

The main active ingredient of an Omega 3 fish oil is the EPA content. A normal fish oil supplement will contain around 18-20% EPA. Dr Tolonen's E-EPA by comparison contains 70% EPA.

Dosage

Take 2 capsules daily with food fo the first 6 weeks, and thereafter 1 capsule daily as a maintenance dosage.
